Our wedding was amazing!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! The Liner exceeded our expectations and everybody we have spoken to since who came have raved about the hotel, the service and the food. We couldn't of asked for anything more. We called to see you on Monday to thank you, but unfortunately you had already left for the day. Everything was fine thank you. There was a little bit of noise first thing from the breakfast sitting but after that things were fine. Both Dawn and Paul were pleased with the room and all the staff at the Liner were most attentive and courteous. We would definitely use you again as a city centre venue should the need arise and I will recommend you to colleagues within the Network and PCT. Our speaker Sir Muir Grey was most impressed with his stay. I thought the food was very good but a few of our more stringent Directors of Public Health didn't like the crolines or quiche, just because of the pastry element. Thought I would drop you a line, as a customer (makes a change from booking everyone else in) at your hotel Friday, I would like to give you some feed back on my stay. 1st ; your staff were so professional at all times they were wonderful, 2nd ; the rooms were spotlessly clean and beautifully decorated, 3rd ; me and my partner ate in the seven seas restaurant which I thought the food was second to none, the staff were superb and the atmosphere was delightful, And lastley we capped our night off with a few drinks in the Castaway bar which finished our stay at your hotel perfect, Its nice to see what our clients get when they stay at your hotel it was a real insight and a pleasure I would certainly be recomending any of our clients to be staying with you in the future.
