I’ve been super busy and not really had chance to say how amazing yourself and all The Liner staff have been over the last month. Please can you pass this onto your manager or the hotel manager please. The Liner Hotel staff are always so friendly and helpful. Nothing is too much trouble and the learners have absolutely loved learning in your facility. Its always so clean and they have loved the little extras in the room you have provided. When I have attended and needed help with anything the staff are always so helpful and go out of their way. Fran was wonderful at our last sign up and although she had so much to do, she still went out of her way to find something I needed. As a company using your hotel as a base for learning it brings me great pride using your facilities.

Visited the hotel as part of a Spring Luncheon with a Women’s Group called Minerva, we had 53 members attend. We have used this hotel several times and they always provide a reasonably priced three course set lunch. We bring our own speakers and entertainment. Cannot fault the food, service or location, which is well placed for either train, bus and car. We are always given a warm welcome and all coat room, bar and waiting on staff are friendly and professional. Well worth a visit.

Just a quick thank you for your hospitality yesterday. Everyone had such a fab time and commented on the lovely girls on the coffee station. We made £313.50 so a very good result for MacMillan. The NW Charity Singers gave their time FOC. So really grateful to them too.

I would just like to thank you and your team at the liner for the amazing service we received whilst hosting our virtual conference on Friday 10th September!
I thought you were professional from the outset, and throughout the booking process you made it smooth and seamless. Your staff where very attentive, friendly and professional and we really appreciated the service. The food was delicious and everyone commented how smooth the day went. We enjoyed the atmosphere at the Liner, so much so that we have booked this year’s work Christmas party with you J (4th December)

Only just seen your message about led dance floor. Thank you so much and for the Prosecco and the surprise. We were delighted with it. The party went fab. Everybody loved the food and the venue. The dance floor was the icing on the cake. Thank you thank yo thank you. Eveyones talking about the quality of the food and how friendly the staff were. The hotel was certainly a huge hit with everyone. Thank you once again for all you and your teams hard work. Will be putting a review on tripadvisor when we get back from holiday. Yes everything was fine after you left on Saturday, the staff looked after us very well and everyone really enjoyed the evening, Steve even left a few us still sitting, talking in the bar !
I can’t thank you enough for all your help throughout the whole time that we have been organising this event, with you and latterly with Adam as well.
You have accommodated us so well in every respect, with understanding and professionalism and the rest of the staff were so polite, hard working and did everything we asked without any question. I had lots of feedback from delegates as to how helpful you all were.
The food on every occasion was delicious and there was plenty for everyone.

Our families had a wonderful time so I do not think that you guys could have done anymore than you did, to make our day so special. The Dj you arranged to play for us was very good, and all the support we received from your staff at reception and elsewhere was brilliant, any issue we had was resolved quickly happily and professionally.

The entire evening could not have gone better. The meal received many excellent comments and was judged to be one of the best we have had for many recent annual reunions around the UK. Your staff were great, from reception, your hall porter, the waiting staff, and chef's brigade. I think that the only negative comment was the lack of air conditioning in the bedrooms. I will be entering comments on Trip Adviser in the next couple of days.Especially thanks to you Daisy, your attention to detail and ability to react swiftly to any demands and additional requirements from the client are commendable. I wanted to thank you so much for upgrading me to The Penthouse Suite last night. It was a lovely gesture, and the room was absolutely delightful, very impressive indeed. And your team, once again, were wonderful.

Just a line to thank you and your team for superb organisation and efficiency last Wednesday. I was SO impressed. It was nice to have the extra space at lunchtime and the food was really good. We wanted to show our appreciation but you weren't around when I had to leave so I asked Adam to share the tip. Everything went perfectly and I was glad of your advice about the PA system and the projection. It was a fantastically successful day in every respect and I have had so many complimentary emails. At least half the attendees were local and few had ever been in your hotel so I think this could be very good for future business - I told some of them about car parking and a meal when going to the Empire. My lecturer, Lars Tharp, was very complimentary about the hotel decor!! He's lectured numerous times on cruiseships, he loved our suite, was most impressed by the goldfish aquarium (they can swim round the corner!) but he was specially amused by the library - and the choice of books!Thank you for everything - this was my swansong (after 5 years!) and I've really gone out on a 'high'. The sandwiches were so fresh and tasty we received good comments - please would you pass my thanks onto the kitchen staff. Also the two housekeeping guys on Monday were so helpful and nothing was too much trouble for them. Even though I did get to the Liner early on Tues 8th but Claire was running around setting up the room for me. Again would you pass my thanks onto Claire, she never fails to give 100% service. (RLUH)

I wanted to say a massive thank you for such a great weekend, as usual all of the staff were fantastic and everyone had a great time. I don’t want to miss anyone out but wanted to mention a few people in particular, The chef, he saved the day we had one person that was celiat that we didn’t know about and he made her something special last minute which was such a great thing to do. Elly was a complete star, totally saved the day with the DJ etc and nothing was too much trouble.The girls on reception are still fantastic.
