Step aboard this Summer and treat your tastebuds to our new Bar & Brasserie menu offering the finest and freshest ingredients for Brunch, Lunch and Evening meals.
Carefully created by our Head Chef and his team, we are excited to set sail with our new signature dishes while of course keeping our best-sellers firmly aboard.
Try our delightful Black Pearl Scallop Risotto with butternut squash and baby spinach or our new Pot Roasted Beef Brisket served with buttered savoy cabbage and chunky chips. Our meat feast Butchers Board is set to share although has recently been enjoyed by some extra hungry diners choosing as a large mix grill style meal.
Casual dining is embraced in the Castaway Bar with our new menu offering Shack Style Burgers, Caribbean Chicken Curry and our classic Bar food favourites such as Scampi & Chips or Gammon & Fried Eggs.
Our revised Bar & Wine lists will ensure the perfect accompaniment to any dish you try whether a crisp and dry Pinot or full bodied Rioja, you will not run dry aboard The Liner. Likewise our Captain's Cocktail Hour offers you 2-4-1 cocktails every day, a perfect pre or post dinner treat.
