“Great hotel! Great location and parking is added bonus! 2 minute walk to Liverpool Empire. We stayed in deluxe double room. The room was clean & modern. All staff were friendly & breakfast was good. Only draw back is no air con! Fans are available in room however air con would be added bonus! I would stay in this hotel again 😊”

“Great for access to theatre and train station The room was fantastic and located next to the train station and the theater. Staff were really good at check in and check out. The room was serviced very well and didn’t have anything to complain about, Cost was good for two nights. We didn’t eat in the hotel but cost and food looked good. Will look to book again if in Liverpool”

“Very Convenient Location Perfect location by the station. Only drawback if you are staying on the station side is the railway announcements are quite loud - it didn't bother us as we live on a main road but worth asking for a road side room if this would spoil your stay. Rooms clean and well appointed. Lovely fluffy big towels in the bathroom. Staff friendly. Price for a stay very reasonable.”

“Such a welcoming hotel. Such a welcoming hotel. All the staff have a genuine and friendly “nothing is too much trouble” attitude. Our group of 50 have our reunion lunches here. Stylish and well presented food is expertly served in a pleasant and spacious bar and function room and all at a very competitive price. For a city centre hotel the car park is spacious and the main line station is next”
