Just a quick note to thank you and your staff for a lovely afternoon on Wednesday. I have had so many texts and e mails from people who attended to say what a wonderful 'High Tea' you served, everyone enjoyed it.

So much so, a friend who attended called Mrs Valerie Woodward who also runs a little club in Warrington is intending to call you to book the same thing with you for her group. Just thought I would drop an email regarding the service and food on the above dates.  The sandwiches were so fresh and tasty we received good comments - please would you pass my thanks onto the kitchen staff. Also the two housekeeping guys on Monday were so helpful and nothing was too much trouble for them. Even though I did get to the Liner early on Tues 8th but Claire was running around setting up the room for me. I wanted to say a massive thank you for such a great weekend, as usual all of the staff were fantastic and everyone had a great time. I don’t want to miss anyone out but wanted to mention a few people in particular, The chef, he saved the day we had one person that was celiat that we didn’t know about and he made her something special last minute which was such a great thing to do. Elly was a complete star, totally saved the day with the DJ etc and nothing was too much trouble.The girls on reception are still fantastic. Steve and his bar team where great, kept us all refreshed with a smile. Overall it was a fantastic weekend.We really want to come back next year, so can we book now please?If we could get this in the diary now and then we can come and meet with you in the new year to agree the details etc? It was a good day despite a lot of delegates not showing up!! We had really good feedback. The staff on the day were brilliant, nothing was too much trouble and they were all very pleasant. I’d like to say a special thank you to you and Claire for all of your help and for making our conference the success it was.
